We analyze project proposals from marketing and financial perspectives, make detailed and deep researches on local economic situations and future competitive market conditions, provide hotel positioning and developing plans and functional design, and predict investment return for hotel owners. Our seasoned and successful experience in planning and developing hotels in different regions nationwide and our partnership with consulting corporations such as Horwath HTL will guarantee our scientific project planning with foresight thinking.
Technical support
We provide hotel owners with technical consultation services throughout the process from hotel planning, designing to opening. We participate in construction and engineering work at an early stage, check suggestions and design standards, as well as offering feasible advice from the perspectives of cost control and hotel operation. We aim to ensure higher quality and more benefits for the hotels.The services including:

After signing a fully entrusted management agreement with hotel owners, the company will send a management team led by general manager with CFO and chief marketing supervisor being members to manage the entrusted hotel. Abiding by principles of running a Charming hotel, the team will make it a goal to guarantee profits for owners and collect management fee based on performance.
Cooperation procedures:
  • Conducting hotel field research and feasibility study report
  • Signing a memorandum of intention on cooperation
  • Negotiating and signing a fully entrusted management agreement
Sending professional management team on the mission:
  • Providing pre-opening engineering technological support(details in Hotel Project Technological Service Agreement)
  • Hotel opening preparation service
  • Fully entrusted management service

Lease Operation

We provides whole leasing operation or leasing management after our decoration to those hotels which accord with the brand positioning of Charming or those projects which can meet the standard after reconstruction. With our outstanding performance and excellent brand image, our leasing management will ensure the property owners with steady financial return and potentials for real estate appreciation.

Hotel Investment 

We invest in quality hotel projects that fit Charming strategic layout plan, meet the requirements of Charming positioning, and have a bright market future. We can either fully invest in the project, invest in interior decoration or set up a joint venture with others.
